This site is maintained by the afore mentioned Dr. Markow. On it you will find items of various interest, ranging from music, to research articles, to videos and family photos.
As you can see, I have not done much to this site over the past year. Most of my online energy has gone into other places, mainly Facebook. And even my FB postings have waned; I’m just not convinced that posting my “status” is all that interesting. So, maybe it is time to re-energize this site. I love the flexibility and permanency of it, and though I know blogs are not as popular as they once were, maybe keeping my own cite in better shape is still a good idea. What do you think? Is anyone interested in a Frank Markow site? And if so, what would you like to see me post more of? Here are some things I could post:
– Leadership issues – my take on the latest and greatest thinking and trends, as well as commentary on social issues as they pertain to leadership
– Music – I could keep my own music better posted, and maybe some info / commentary on music tech and other things I keep up with
– or …???
I am constantly amazed at what can be done with tech today. Recently I aquired a cool new app, NanaStudio, for my iPhone 4. It is easy to use and sounds great. Check out a tune I recently posted:
As you can tell, I have not done much posting on this blog lately. That is because I have done what millions of others are doing and started using Facebook. I have re-connected with so my friends from over the years, it feels like a virtual reunion and much more rewarding that this solitary blog. So to catch up on the latest on yours truly, please check out my Facebook page (and ad me as a friend). I plan on revising this blog in the future as a leadership development / consulting blog. Peace. FM.
Here is a sample video I recently made with my new Canon S5is, featuring my son Jacob on drums. There are a few stills at the end of him and a friend. These look much better on my PC than they do on YouTube, allot of quality gets lost in the process.
